Johannes Müller

Born in 1981, Johannes started to establish himself while a teenager as a soloist with some smaller concerts. He first attracted international attention in 2001 with the project Alba Quartet. Afterwards, Johannes also made recordings with various other projects for radio stations in Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and for Jazz FM. He played at further festivals in different countries. Since 2002, Johannes has been a member of the Federal Jazz Orchestra under the leadership of Peter Herbolzheimer. Among his concerts as soloist with various different projects, Johannes has played in the following groups: Johannes Müller`s JAZZ MILE, Oliver Strauchs Groovin` High`, Ensemble [8], Brassolution, Ernie Hammes Group, Greg Lamy Quartet, Sascha Ley Band. In 2005 Johannes Müller met Ack van Rooyen as feature soloist with his project JAZZ MILE.
